Farm Tenancy Agreement, Devon

March 2017 – As part of Wessex Surveyors’ Rural Land Management services, we were asked to assist in setting up a revised agreement between the landowner and a farm tenant  for land and buildings near Tiverton.

Our service can be especially useful in circumstances where there are proposed changes to a tenancy from either side, and can assist in negotiation and agreement between the two parties.
