My family have used Ian a number of times and each time the survey has been promptly supplied and extremely thorough. Most appreciated are the many images provided with the survey report which really give you an idea of the state of the building, especially the parts you could not inpsect yourself. Most recently we were able to get a quote for work Ian advised would be required just using the report and the pictures he provided.
