We recently contacted Wessex Surveyors to request a Home Survey, prior to a house purchase.  They contacted us very promptly to recommend that we should actually have a Building Survey instead, due to the age of the property (pre 1900). This we agreed to do.  An appointment was made the same week for Mr Ian Vicary to complete the survey.  The survey report that we received (both by email and a hard copy) was extremely comprehensive and detailed. It was of great assistance to our decision making.  We would not hesitate to employ Wessex Surveyors again should we require another property to be surveyed and we would highly recommend them to any other prospective property purchasers.
