March 2017 –  Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this traditional style detached house was originally built in 1928 and had been extended to the front and back.

Internal decoration is, of course, a matter of personal taste and style and our survey found that the level of refurbishment and maintenance within the house was extremely variable, which is a budgetary factor for sale value.

As part of our routine dampness investigations Wessex Surveyors uncovered an anomaly with one of the window units and our recommendations included next steps for looking into this further to reduce the chance of penetrating dampness in the future.
