We used Wessex Surveyors for both a Valuation and Building Survey. I was very impressed with the level of detail in the reports which I received back. Not only was it a clearly laid out summary of the property with concerns, it also serves as a very useful maintenance plan for the next 10 years. Lots of interesting historical detail in there as well. Ian and Julia were a pleasure to deal with.
