Originally we had a HomeSurvey done on an older build which unfortunately the purchase fell through, this survey was very detailed and done at an excellent standard. Secondly we had a Snag Report done on a new build again Ian produced a detailed report and was very quick and efficient on doing so, this has given us the security to go ahead and proceed with our purchase.
